Who we are

The product

Supacode is macOS software. The trial includes five additional successful local worktree creations. SSH worktree creation is free and does not consume the trial allowance. Basic ($99 USD) is for one person on one active Mac. Standard ($129 USD) is for one person on up to two active Macs. Team is for an organization at $79 USD per seat. A new Team starts with at least three seats. Owners of an active Team may buy one or more additional seats; new purchases may bring the Team to at most 500 active purchased seats. Each seat is for one person on one Mac, and the organization owner and authorized admins may assign or reassign seats through the license portal.

Perpetual license and updates

Your paid license lets you keep using every Supacode release published on or before the end of its update period. The initial purchase includes 365 days of updates. Each Team seat purchase, including additional seats, includes 365 days of updates for its own seats from its purchase date shown in the license portal; buying more seats does not extend the update period of seats bought earlier. You do not have to renew. A separate $59 USD one-off renewal adds another 365 days of updates to a personal license and does not create a subscription. The owner may renew selected active Team seats through the license portal for $59 USD per seat. Each selected seat gets another 365 days of updates from the later of its existing update date or the payment date. Unselected seats keep their existing update dates. Team renewals do not create a subscription.

Payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe shows and charges any tax that applies before payment. We supply a purchase license key on the confirmation page and by email after Stripe confirms payment; an update renewal extends existing update rights and does not issue a new key.

By completing checkout, you ask us to supply the digital content at once and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may end when supply begins.

Refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations except as described below. Purchases made before 12 October 2026 remain subject to the refund terms shown at checkout. These terms do not limit rights that the law gives you.

Acceptable use

Do not share, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or bypass a license key or paid-mode check, except where the law gives you a right that we cannot restrict. Do not use the service to harm it or other users.

Availability and liability

We provide Supacode with reasonable care. Software may contain faults, and online license services may stop for maintenance or events outside our control. We do not exclude liability that the law does not let us exclude. Otherwise, our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. Consumers keep all mandatory rights under the laws that apply where they live.
