Refund and cancellation policy

All sales final
All Supacode license purchases, Team seat purchases including additions, and update renewals are final except as described below. We do not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations after payment. Purchases made before 12 October 2026 remain subject to the refund terms shown at checkout. This policy does not limit rights that the law gives you.
When a refund is issued
If we issue a refund, including one required by law, we return funds to the original payment method. We also refund in full automatically when we cannot fulfill a Team seat addition because it would exceed 500 active seats or the Team has no active purchase, or when a renewal is paid for a revoked license. A full refund of an initial purchase revokes the related license and its update rights. A renewal refund removes that renewal’s update period and does not by itself revoke the underlying license. For a Team seat purchase, the refund revokes every seat created by that purchase; seats from the Team’s other, separately paid purchases stay unchanged. Banks and card networks control how long the credit takes to appear.
Update renewals
Supacode does not offer voluntary refunds for update renewals. Contact us at once if a renewal was not applied correctly.
Digital content and statutory rights
Checkout asks you to agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may end once supply begins. Our policy does not limit rights that the law gives you, including rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
No subscription to cancel
Supacode does not renew automatically. A license keeps working for owned releases, and each update renewal is a separate one-off purchase.
